Keith Rayle brings over 20 years of governance and operational security experience to Packet.Zip. Executive-level security consultant with experience creating and managing corporate security programs, board-level reporting, and global business unit security integration. He has acted as CISO for large corporations, led large multi-project security programs, and advised Fortune 100 executives across retail, aerospace, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and government.

His regulatory experience spans PCI, SOX, FFIEC, HIPAA, and NERC CIP, with framework depth in ISO/IEC 27001/27002, NIST, FISMA, and OCTAVE. Before civilian life he served a 21-year military career that included time as a nuclear weapons technician, threat officer, and OH-58/AH-1/UH-60 helicopter pilot.
