Joseph Muniz

Joseph Muniz is a security researcher, architect, and author with more than two decades of experience designing security solutions for Fortune 500 companies and U.S. government agencies. He spent many years at Cisco Systems as a security/technical solutions architect and has more recently held a security leadership role at Microsoft. He founded the popular blog 'The Security Blogger,' is a frequent speaker at conferences such as RSA and DEF CON, and co-authored several books with Aamir Lakhani, including 'Security Operations Center,' 'The Modern Security Operations Center,' and 'Investigating the Cyber Breach.'
